It’s normal to have bad days at work, but it could be a sign that maybe it’s just not for you anymore if you can’t remember your last good day. If you feel increasingly disconnected from the passion that brought you into that field, then it’s a sign for a change. When your deadlines and work quality start to depreciate, it’s usually a signal that you’re complacent and in the wrong career.

Impact

It’s important to feel like you are making an impact, whether through the work you do or the people you engage with. It’s important to feel like you are making an impact; otherwise, what’s the point? Where’s the passion? Over time you have lost your passion and desire to seek new opportunities and ways to be more noticed; you’ve just settled.

Dread

Work should not feel like a chore, and if it does, it shouldn’t feel like it every day. If you find yourself dreading going to work and feel as though you would rather be anywhere else, you are in the wrong career. Work should be an enjoyable thing to do with your time and a bonus to get paid for it; it should not feel like somewhere you hate to be. You have one lift and one opportunity to get it right, so there is no point putting yourself in a position where you hate being somewhere when there are other options available to you. If you think you could be happy elsewhere, then why would you hang around doing something which clearly isn’t for you.

Salary

One of life’s biggest joys is that day each month or two weeks when you get paid, but if your salary isn’t making the dissatisfaction worth it, you have real problems. Many people work jobs that are tolerable to get their paycheck every month; if the salary isn’t even a dealbreaker for you, it’s definitely time for you to move on with your career.

Effects on you

If your job is affecting you either physically or mentally, you definitely need to find a new job. Working in a place you really don’t want to be can cause motivation levels to go down both in work and out. Overworking and especially doing this in a place you really don’t want to be can significantly affect your mental state. People regularly have a mental breakdown due to work, which you really want to avoid. Whether it’s stress, physical or mental health, if your job is having such a dramatic effect on you that you can’t see changing anytime soon, it’s time for you to move on with your career.

Sometimes you can feel like you’ve reached the best you’re going to reach in your career at the company you’re

[5,30
11,13,12,29
post-236","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-career-insights","category-work","tag-career","tag-employee","tag-job","tag-work
["GET
